History

The restaurant has been opened in Salt Lake City, 1987 by Thanh Nguyen, an ex-pilot of South Vietnamese Army. He named it after his daughters Trang. The restaurant was famous for its authenticated Vietnamese and Chinese cuisine. With many successes and awards for best Asian food and best services Thanh retired and passed on his success to his oldest daughter Anna Trang Nguyen and her husband Long Tran.

Anna and Long have successfully continued to expend business to Park City, Cottonwood, Clearfield, and West Valley. New South East Asian food items have been added to the menu to create more variety selection for dinners like Thai curry, Malaysia noodle, Singapore noodle, sushi, and etc.

In 2007 Anna and open Café Trang franchise and now they have two new franchise locations in Draper and Murray.
